For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord… to give you a future and a hope. - Jeremiah 29: 11

Individual Attention

Our 14:1 student-to-teacher ratio is among the best in the area. Class size averages 24 in all of the grades except for our Early Childhood program where the average class size is 16-20 students.

Leadership

The Principal and Assistant Principal provide leadership for the institution as a whole and, along with the School Board, craft the long-range vision for the Schools.

Overview

Christ the King School is known for the excellence of its academic programs and for sending well-prepared students to the area high schools. Christ the King is a traditional, college preparatory school with a strong supporting curriculum in fine arts and technology.

Structure

Christ the King serves children in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade in four academic divisions: Early Childhood (Pre3, Pre4, & Kindergarten), Primary School (1, 2, & 3), Intermediate (4 & 5), and Middle School (6, 7, & 8). The intimacy of the four divisions maintains the family-like atmosphere and individual student attention for which a Christ the King education is known.

Curriculum

From the earliest grades, children study Spanish, art, music, technology, physical education, and religion in addition to our core curriculum of language arts, math, social studies, and science. A team of Learning Specialists supports children who benefit from additional assistance.
